Unfortunately, you must be logged into an account when placing your order to be able to view the status of your order. Not to worry, though! All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to the email address used to place to the order.
An account is not required in order to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. 🙂 You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!
Orders and Returns
We strictly advise you to inspect the products upon delivery and to report any defects within 3 business days, preferably in writing or by email. For further details, please read our terms and conditions.
THE Boards Company issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled by THE Boards Company
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
- Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
THE Boards Company will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Only the direct costs incurred for the return shipment are for Consumer’s account. This means that Consumer will have to pay the costs of returning the product. Any shipping costs paid by Consumer and the purchase price paid for the product will be refunded to Consumer if the entire order is returned.
We and DHL will always inform you about the delivery of your package.
Product & Delivery
Sometimes DHL tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbours and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email us, within 7 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!

The warranty period is 2 years starting from the moment of purchase.
